Eric Cotten founded and manage a 501 (c)3 organization focused on developing the cinematic voice of the underrepresented voices in the Baltimore community. He is also a member of Baltimore Filmmakers Collective, Baltimore, Maryland – September 2016—Present. After completing 18+ short films, he have attended many festival multiple times. and is a strong believer in people of color supporting festivals cross the country. TORI has been selected for: 2020 Maryland Film Festival program, BronzeLens 2020, Montreal International Black Film Festival 2020 and Las Vegas International Black Film Festival 2020- winner Best Sci-Fi short.
